Holding you in my arms
Can’t let this feeling go
Nothing left to shy away
Between you and I
Breach of dissonance
Still existing, can’t let go
Between you and I
Doors of concern shut
Way to solitude lies open
Can’t weigh down myself with you
Tried hard to pace myself
Between you and I
All was mutual and implicit
Everything beyond the act of reason
Nothing within the reach of thoughts
That we can be coupled with

The light of blame encompass me
A step of burden that I got to let go
The rays of resentment seem fading
